Growth Circles

Space to reflect. Connect. Grow.

Not every period of growth or self-exploration requires therapy. Growth Circles are small, facilitated, non-therapeutic spaces for people to come together around shared life experiences and themes. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, they offer space to understand yourself, explore new perspectives and connect with others.

What Is a Growth Circle?

Each Growth Circle explores a particular life theme or shared experience.

Sessions may include guided reflection, facilitated conversation, journalling and experiential exercises — all designed to encourage greater self-awareness, connection and personal growth.

There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

A Different Kind of Space

Growth Circles are not group therapy.

Therapy focuses on deeper therapeutic processing and emotional difficulties. Growth Circles are designed for reflection, exploration and connection.

They are facilitated personal growth spaces and are not a substitute for psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Our Growth Circles

Our Circles explore themes such as identity, relationships, life transitions, emotional awareness and the patterns that shape how we connect with ourselves and others.

Patterns of connection

Small. Intentional. Facilitated.

Growth Circles are intentionally kept small and are facilitated by Tehmina Lodhi, Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Educator and Facilitator.

Circles may take place online or in person and may run as a series of sessions or a focused one-time experience.
